We strive to ensure your virtual reality experience is exceptional, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for all hardware and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team through the Pimax Support Portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, controllers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it to our designated service center using a tracked carrier.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
